Each project is governed by a written proposal or contract defining deliverables, stages, responsibilities, price, payments, licences, and acceptance.
4. Client materials
The client is responsible for the right to use supplied copy, images, trademarks, databases, and other materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to project deliverables are defined in the project agreement. This site’s content and visual system may not be copied without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
