A working checklist for the offer, audience, proof, and materials before the design phase.

The most common reason a web project runs late is not design and not development. It is content — the texts, images, and decisions nobody collected in time. The good news: preparation is entirely predictable once you know what will be needed.
Design is packaging for a message. When the message is clear, the page structure almost arranges itself: the leading promise, the proof that supports it, the action you expect from the visitor. When the message is missing, design turns into filling empty boxes — and later gets redone.
Describe in one sentence what you offer, who it is for, and what result it delivers. If the sentence keeps growing, you are probably saying two things at once — split them into separate services or pages.
Write down 5–10 questions your customers ask before buying. These are the natural headings of your site sections. A page that answers real questions sells better than a page that lists features.
Logo in vector format, photos in good resolution, brand colors and fonts if they exist. If your photos are weak, plan a photo session or quality stock imagery instead of stretching small files.
We start every project with a short structured questionnaire and a working session on content. We help with editing and structure so the texts are ready before the design phase — and the project stays on schedule.
